Overnight Oats Recipe

Are you skipping breakfast because you’re too crunched for time in the morning? Say no more… Here is my FAVORITE recipe for busy mornings — PB&J OVERNIGHT OATS.

I’ll make this blog post short and sweet, because who really wants to hear about the back-story behind a recipe? Not me — straight to the point please!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1 scoop protein powder of choice (I use Ascend Chocolate Peanut Butter for this recipe)

  • 1/2 TBSP chia seeds

  • 1 TBSP nut butter

  • 1/3 cup raspberries (or berries of choice)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Measure oats, protein powder, & chia seeds and pour into a mason jar.

  2. Add almond milk and mix.

  3. Measure out berries and mash them until they are like a jam consistency.

  4. Top off oats mixture with mashed berries and nut butter.

  5. Put in the fridge & store overnight.

NUTRITION:

  • Calories: 426

  • Carbs: 41.2g

  • Fat: 14g

  • Protein: 36g

These values will vary depending on what ingredients you use, but you get the point.
