3 things that can make or break how successful your results are

Your health and wellness are not just about your workouts and nutrition! There is a bigger picture you must look at when wanting to make changes and improvements to your health and lifestyle.

And there are three big things that can heavily impact how successful your efforts are in the gym and the kitchen.

1. Your sleep cycle

You must get between 7 and 9 hours of QUALITY sleep a night. Quality sleep covers factors like how long it takes you to get to sleep, how often you wake during the night, how often you wake during the night and how you feel after you wake up in the morning. 

2. Your mindset

You’re going to come up against challenges during your journey and having a healthy, growth-focused mindset is what is going to get you through them! Working on your mindset can look like journaling, meditation, walks, time away from your screens, etc. whatever works for you.

3. Your energy levels

If you’ve got low energy you’re less likely to hit the gym, stick to your nutrition plan, and make progress towards your goals. So it’s important for me as your coach to know if you’re not feeling energized!

These elements are all so important in managing your stress, keeping your motivation and discipline in check, and your body functioning to its absolute optimum!
